Say hello to Dragao de Moco Negro!!!! otherwise known as the dragon of black snot! 
I found him today wondering around, so i named him, took some pics of this cute little devil, and sent him on his merry pea-picking way!
Alright, i've don some research and come to 2 possibilities of what he could be:
1.) an eastern tiger salamander [link]
2.) a yellow-spotted salamander [link] IIII
?anyone know the difference or which one he looks more like?
